Aileen and Lindsay first met in 2009 while working together at a salon in Redondo Beach. Their shared passion for beauty, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences quickly grew into a lasting friendship and professional partnership.
When Salon Barberet opened in 2011, Lindsay was excited to join Aileen, who has proudly owned and led the salon since the beginning. At the end of 2025, Lindsay officially stepped into the role of business partner, continuing the vision they have built together for over a decade.
Dedicated to continuous education and growth, Aileen and Lindsay are committed to evolving their craft, supporting their team, and creating a luxury salon experience where every guest feels welcomed, confident, and cared for.
Our goal is to create a salon with great energy, a welcoming atmosphere, and the best hairstylists in the South Bay. We want every guest to feel like they are part of something special — a community where they are valued, cared for, and truly at home. Most importantly, we are dedicated to helping each guest leave our salon feeling confident, refreshed, and looking their absolute best.
